This modern-day classic style of gin combines ten wild-gathered botanicals: juniper, coriander, orange peel, lavender, and spruce. Triple distilled from Vancouver Island wine grapes including our own estate-grown Pinot Gris and Grüner Veltliner. Bright, citrusy, stunningly smooth.
The Vin Gin aroma is fresh-picked spruce tips, lavender, and juniper. A secondary layer of exotic spices and fresh-squeezed citrus.
