Of all the cocktails, the martini is perhaps the most iconic. Whether a starting point on your cocktail journey, or something you revisit, we recommend a martini made with the highest quality ingredients. With so few ingredients, each one is so important.
Ingredients
- 2 oz DEVINE Genever
- 1 oz Esquimalt Winery Dry Vermouth
Method
Chill a coupe glass in the freezer for 15 minutes. Add everything to a shaker, top with ice and shake for 10 seconds or until the tins are ice cold. Strain in to the chilled coupe!
